You acknowledge that:

Services may evolve over time
Certain features may be experimental or depend on third-party platforms
Final implementation decisions remain the client's responsibility

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

All Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

While Nexos AI aims to improve efficiency and outcomes, we do not guarantee:

Specific financial results
Cost savings
Performance improvements
Accuracy, uptime, or error-free operation

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or context-dependent. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information and access where required
Reviewing and approving workflows, automations, and AI outputs
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
Proper use and monitoring of deployed systems

Nexos AI is not responsible for misuse, misinterpretation, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nexos AI website, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is owned by Nexos AI or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Nexos AI retains ownership of underlying frameworks, templates, and methodologies
Clients retain ownership of their data and content provided by them
Custom deliverables may be licensed for client use, not resale or redistribution

6. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Our Services may integrate or rely on third-party tools, platforms, or APIs (e.g., automation tools, AI models, hosting providers).

You acknowledge that:

Nexos AI does not control third-party services
Availability and functionality may depend on those providers
You are responsible for complying with third-party terms

We are not liable for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexos AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid to Nexos AI for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexos AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your deployment or use of AI systems built or advised by Nexos AI

9. Termination

Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
